Job Title: Werkvoorbereider Industrie Maintenance

Job Summary:
KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced on-site planner to work alongside the project manager and operational team to produce schedules of work on multi-discipline projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the project manager and operational team in the successful planning and control of project delivery using a range of planning and reporting tools and techniques.
• Ensure that project reporting requirements are met for both internal and client needs.
• Work with the project team to ensure project schedules are accurately developed and maintained with accurate resource allocation.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the planning team.
• Address planning issues that arise and adapt the plan to ensure project delivery.
• Ensure the progress of the project is running to time scales and cost plans agreed.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experience in project planning and control, with a strong understanding of planning and reporting tools and techniques. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
