Head of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational, regulatory compliance, and financial and quality performance of our client's care, counselling, and wellbeing services.
As a key leader in our organisation, you will report directly to the CEO and be a member of the Executive Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the achievement of strategic objectives for both service areas by undertaking high-level analysis of the care, counselling, and wellbeing landscape.
- Ensure effective governance and compliance with key stakeholders while building and managing trusting relationships to a sustainable business model.
- Manage complex and high-profile projects, including data management, project planning, monitoring, and evaluation, project control, and project management.
- Develop and implement financial plans to support organisational growth and ensure financial sustainability of service provisions.
- Manage tendering development and contract management.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of CQC and BACP compliance standards and ethical frameworks in the health and social care sector.
- Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines, including safeguarding procedures and incident reporting.
- Substantial experience as a senior leader within the health and social care sector, ideally within the charitable and/or NHS sector.
- Results-focused with the ability to work proactively, plan, organise, optimise resources, and complete targets within agreed timescales.
- Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, financial planning, and developing business plans.
- Experience of managing complex projects and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of CQC and BACP compliance standards and ethical frameworks.
- A competitive salary of between £60,000 and £65,000 dependent upon experience.
- 27 days' annual leave entitlement, rising with service up to 32 days, excluding bank holidays.
