About the Job

We are seeking a Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our team at Haleon Maidenhead.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Planned Maintenance: Schedule and perform weekly and monthly maintenance tasks, including fire alarm tests and emergency lighting checks.
  2. Taking regular utilities meter readings.
  3. Emergency Response: Respond quickly to unexpected issues and provide reactive repairs as needed.
  4. Conducting minor building repairs and decorating.
  5. Office cleaning and porterage duties.
  6. Documenting all work orders accurately.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in trades or a related field.
  • Health and safety knowledge and certification.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary range: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
