We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for administering payrolls across multiple clients, including pensions payrolls.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls while adhering to specified deadlines and audit requirements. You will also provide exceptional customer service to employees and internal stakeholders through our HALO case management system.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the full end-to-end processing of one or more of our partner payrolls, including data input, parental leave calculations, and BACS file creation. Your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills will enable you to manage and respond to queries from employees and stakeholders effectively.

With a strong background in high-volume payroll settings and proven customer service skills, you will thrive in this dynamic environment. A payroll-related qualification is highly desirable but not essential. We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous annual leave entitlement, cycle-to-work scheme, and local government pension scheme.
