Welcome to TTEC, where we make customers happy. As a Senior Automotive Brand Ambassador, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients and their customers.

About the Role

In this hybrid position, you'll support leadership with reporting, client meetings, and motivating and coaching the team members. You'll also host live personal virtual tours in a Virtual Showroom to help get customers excited about Audi cars, answer their questions, and book a test drive at their local retailer of choice.

This is an opportunity to share your passion for helping people find the right product – in this case, their next car. In addition to supporting leadership and the team, you'll combine your interest in virtually marketing cool products with the opportunity to work one-to-one with customers to help them find the car that impacts their day-to-day lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • You'll bring your passion to coach and lead associates in partnering with other departments to ensure achievement of company and client quality goals while addressing employee-related issues.
  • You'll coordinate training on new or revised information relating to services, products, or processes of the project.
  • You'll motivate and develop your team along with the Live Tour Manager with your open, honest manner, high level of integrity, and judgment in providing feedback and acknowledging a job well done.
  • You'll have a strong ability to negotiate deals and use initiative.
  • You'll estimate and track key account metrics.
  • You'll forecast monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • You'll deliver a full Needs Analysis of customer and tailor the product features to the customer needs.
Requirements
  • You'll be an engaging, personable rapport builder with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • You'll have the ability to build and develop new business to meet sales quotas.
  • You'll manage and develop a sales territory for prospective clients.
  • You'll be dynamic and responsive with attention to detail, including depth of knowledge.
  • You'll have good knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel.
