Teaching Assistant Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding primary school in London. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to supporting the learning and development of children.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the teacher in planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals and groups.
- Monitor children's progress and assess, record and report on their achievement.
- Take a lead role in addressing the needs of children who require additional support.
- Support children, teachers and the school in raising standards of achievement.
Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of learning barriers and experience of contributing to and assessing provision for children with a range of needs.
Location
This school is based in London and offers a supportive and inclusive environment for staff and students.
