Junior Sous Chef Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious hotel and pub in Fakenham, Norfolk.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior chefs in the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior chefs in the kitchen
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and dishes
