Job Title: Lead Engineer

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical design of customer projects globally. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Design: Develop and implement technical designs for customer projects, ensuring they meet customer specifications and project plans.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and allocation of project workloads, ensuring timely project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Design Execution: Perform detailed system designs, review and approve technical drawings and documentation, and participate in internal and external First Article Inspections.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead project meetings and design reviews with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Development: Support and mentor the Design Engineering team, working closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure team success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's, Master's degree, or equivalent qualification in Design, Manufacturing, Production, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of engineering experience, with a strong background in technical design and project management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CAD, particularly Autodesk Inventor and Vault, with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Collaborative with strong communication skills, able to work well with colleagues across different departments.
