As a Receptionist at Hawkchurch Resort and Spa, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Issuing accommodation keys and providing guests with essential information.
• Handling telephone calls and responding to customer inquiries.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A driving license and ability to drive, advantageous for travel to and from the resort.
