Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is a leading healthcare recruitment agency that specialises in placing experienced nurses into roles across the UK.
We are currently seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team in the Norfolk area.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in delivering high-quality care to children and their families. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective leadership and management, as well as up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators.
Responsibilities:
- To design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs.
- To provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs.
- To deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management.
- To work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care.
Requirements:
- RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
- Supportive management style with a proven track record of effective leadership and management.
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
- Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
- £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
- £3000 car allowance.
- 2 days working from home per week/3 days in the community.
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours.
