VANRATH is seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. As a valued member of our Building Maintenance department, you will contribute to delivering exceptional results and providing top-notch service to tenants in domestic properties.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to domestic maintenance, including 1st and 2nd fix Joinery. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality work, adhering to statutory regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Joinery work
- Adhere to statutory regulations and company policies
- Participate in relevant training courses, including health and safety
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, specification, and SOR codes
- Manage van stock and maintain clean, tidy work areas
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and head office personnel

Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS/CSR card
- On-site experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Full driving license
