Paramedic Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Paramedic Practitioner to join our team in South East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the GP Home Visiting Service.
Key Responsibilities- Triage patients and perform investigative procedures as required
- Sign-post patients to the appropriate community service
- Work autonomously or as part of a team to deliver excellent patient care
- At least 5 years' experience post HCPC registration
- FCP qualified or willing to work towards
- Flexible, respectful, and compassionate with excellent communication skills
- 37.5 hours per week
- 30 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
