Role Summary

We're looking for a Barista Maestro to lead our team and drive excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of shifts, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Mobilize team members' skills to maximize sales.
• Train and certify new Baristas.
• Stay up-to-date with new recipes and products, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Maintain high standards across the board, from espresso quality to monthly performance scores.
