Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating a positive working environment, providing support through coaching and mentoring, and enhancing knowledge and skills among newly qualified clinical professionals. Key duties include:

1. Supporting early career AHPs in their transition to new roles.
2. Coaching and mentoring students on placement to develop their skills.
3. Providing clinical expertise on various projects to enhance best practice and the learning environment.

Requirements
We require a HCPC-registered podiatrist with a recognised Diploma/Degree in Podiatric Medicine and experience in NHS placements. Desirable qualifications include coaching experience and knowledge of reflective models. The selected candidate must demonstrate ongoing professional development and possess excellent communication skills.
