**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead our cybersecurity engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams across different time zones, developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs), and implementing technology best practices.

As a leader in our cybersecurity department, you will be responsible for delivering scalable, quality, flexible, and user-friendly cybersecurity solutions, partnering with multiple teams to track progress and ensure alignment with goals, and collaborating with Product owners, Program teams, Product Leaders, and Senior Tech Leaders to ensure a steady pipeline of work and alignment with organizational goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Experience managing a cybersecurity engineering team across different time zones.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain team KPIs and KRIs.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
  • Ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment and independently overcome challenges.
