We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Specialist to join Academics Ltd in Chessington. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special needs, providing them with the care and attention they require.

Responsibilities:

  • Support children with special needs on various levels of the autistic spectrum
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide tailored support
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication
  • Care for children's physical, social, and emotional welfare
  • Handle complex and sensitive issues with empathy and understanding

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people or SEND in any capacity
  • Able to commute to Chessington

Compensation Package: £85 - £100 per day
