  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, courteous, and timely.
  • Accurately document all relevant information and notes throughout the day, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and service continuity.
  • Adhere to and uphold service management and quality management principles, ensuring all interactions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior IT Support Engineer, with a strong Service Desk background and ability to work through tickets comfortably and at pace.
  • Technical skills including Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, Virtualisation, Windows Server, and a strong understanding of Networking principles.
  • A genuine passion for delivering accurate and assured services, with a drive to progress and develop as a professional.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Full right to work in the UK and possession of a valid UK driving license.
