Guest Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team at The FIRM. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building meaningful relationships with our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized guest service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
  • Oversee and assist the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Liaise with hotel teams to develop unique and memorable guest experiences
  • Address guest concerns and feedback promptly, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of local area, making recommendations to enhance the guest stay
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years experience as Guest Relations/Front Office Manager in a 4/5 star luxury property
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests
  • Excellent communication skills, with a calm and positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage pressure, and work independently or within a team
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, additional languages an advantage
