**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health Specialist to lead our air quality improvement works in Tower Hamlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air quality management, with excellent knowledge of regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate the delivery of our air quality action plan, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation. This will involve managing a caseload, prioritizing tasks, and making decisions on cases as required.

As a Principal Environmental Health/Air Quality Officer, you will be responsible for investigating, monitoring, controlling, and enforcing air pollution-related issues. You will also maintain our air pollution monitoring stations and equipment, collecting and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
