Key Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a LLOP (low level order picker truck) and use an arm-mounted computer to efficiently manage warehouse operations.
  • Inventory Management: Assemble items from pallets and load them onto roll cages to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Physical Demands: Perform warehouse tasks that require physical fitness, including occasional heavy lifting.

Compensation and Scheduling:

We offer competitive hourly rates and flexible scheduling to meet the demands of our business. Our rates of pay are:

- Days: £12.07 - £17.05 per hour

- Nights: £14.21 - £22.71 per hour

- Weekends: £15.12 per hour

Shift patterns alternate each week, and you will be required to work every other weekend. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of our business.
