Resident Liaison Officer Opportunity

18 Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join their clients site team in Putney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all resident queries, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting residents in their homes to advise them on work schedules and impact
  • Acting as the main point of contact for resident queries and issues
  • Attending and chairing resident forum meetings to keep residents informed
  • Supporting customers and responding to their requests
  • Liaising with site and head office to resolve resident issues
  • Collating data from residents and identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Complying with all legal obligations, including Health and Safety
  • Conducting pre-entry visits and company inductions
  • Collecting resident agreement/approval forms
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer for a main contractor is advantageous
  • Ideal experience in re-cladding projects
  • Ability to manage difficult situations and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Responsibility for dealing with customers, visitors, and 3rd party stakeholders, delivering high levels of customer service
