About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial information for management review.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports, including monthly and year-end closing, to ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Set up and manage financial information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Financial Analysis and Advisory: Provide financial analysis and advisory services to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local accounting and taxation regulations, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with certified accountant certification an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with experience in international tax topics and transfer pricing a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with Mandarin a plus.
