Overview

As a Trainee Property Manager at Spicerhaart, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey to equip you for success in property management. This role offers ample opportunities for career development and the chance to join a strong, supportive team in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
