Aquatics Therapy Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Aquatics Therapy Assistant to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children and young adults with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities, and health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of aquatic therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
  • Work closely with our experienced therapy team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting the values and mission of Ad Warrior.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
