Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in our partner SEND school settings in Grantham.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support primary aged pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, PMLD, Complex needs, Mobility, SEMH and MLD
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
* Be flexible and adaptable to work in different classrooms or with different students as required
* Demonstrate the ability to adjust teaching approaches and strategies to meet individual student needs
Requirements:
* Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
* Passion for the progress of SEND secondary school pupils
* Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
