UK Sales Manager Opportunity

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled UK Sales Manager to join their team. As a market leader in the Marine and Environmental sectors, they are looking for a proven sales professional to manage their UK sales department and drive business growth.

The Role:
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with blue-chip clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive business growth and success.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the Marine and Environmental sectors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Located in commutable distance to either Bristol or Barnsley.

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitable candidates. The salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus, with a company car or allowance and hybrid working options available.
