We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Officer to join our team at Essential Employment.

Job Summary:

The Commissioning Officer will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning requirements and contract for the programme. This includes monitoring the budget, reporting, writing, and updating partners, as well as partnership working and financial returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the commissioning requirements and contract for the programme
  • To monitor the budget and ensure financial returns are completed
  • To report, write, and update partners on programme progress
  • To work in partnership with stakeholders to achieve programme outcomes
  • To create and lead on development action plans
  • To create a risk log and promote the programme where required

This is a full-time role on a temporary basis, paying £19.25 per hour.
