About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team at GLG Vets in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a veterinary degree from a recognized institution and a valid veterinary license to practice in the UK. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
  • Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a compassionate and caring approach to animals, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional veterinary care.

Salary Information
