Job Description: Health Science Content Creator

We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals to create engaging and informative content for our clients in the life sciences sector.

The role involves developing educational resource hubs, delivering live online events, and supporting in-person conferences and other face-to-face events.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a variety of written materials, including slide decks, email invitations, video scripts, advertisements, FAQ documents, case studies, and CPD modules.
  • Rigorously edit and proofread materials produced by other team members, ensuring coherence, structure, consistency, style, grammar/spelling accuracy, and alignment with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with design and digital teams to ensure creative concepts align with scientific messaging, and that all scientific claims and data are accurately represented.
  • Manage project materials for client review and approval using systems like Veeva Vault and ZincMaps, and efficiently manage these approval processes.
  • Prioritize editorial tasks across multiple projects to meet deadlines and project requirements.
  • Contribute to client services team discussions on suitable approaches for content development during project planning phases.
  • Format conference materials, including PowerPoint presentations, and conduct technical reviews to ensure optimal quality.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical industry environment.
  • Strong understanding of core pharmacology principles, evidence-based medicine, and drug regulation/governance, including clinical trial types and the roles of regulatory bodies like NICE.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong editing and proofreading skills, and a clear, direct writing style.
  • Familiarity with approval systems (e.g., Veeva Vault, ZincMaps) and a solid command of digital content management.
