The Role:
As a Relief Care Worker, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of our team. Your role will be to support the care, protection, and wellbeing, of all residents, by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence. You will provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower our residents to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
