Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Homebuyer Solicitor to join our busy and friendly team. As a Homebuyer Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
  • Advise clients on the legal aspects of property transactions and ensure smooth progression from instruction to completion.
  • Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong understanding of residential property law.
  • Ability to handle a diverse and busy caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a client-focused approach.

Salary: Competitive salary: £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, based on experience.
