About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Lecturer in English Language and Literature. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences to students studying GCSE and Functional Skills English.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum materials and resources to support student learning.
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress and achievement.
  • Contribute to the development of the English Language and Literature department and participate in departmental meetings and activities.
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as needed.
