Agri-Industrial Technician

Cranswick Country Foods PLC is recruiting a Multiskilled Technician to join their team.

About the Job:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding indoor and outdoor pig units, involving tasks such as brickwork, carpentry, groundworks, plumbing, welding, fitting, and basic fabrication.
• This role involves working on various equipment and buildings across company farms, including Watton workshops.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical maintenance and repair, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• The successful candidate will work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision required.
• They will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles supplied for the team's use are kept in roadworthy condition and report any damage promptly.

Salary and Benefits:

• A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• An attractive shift pattern, with Monday to Friday work and alternate weekend shifts, totaling 45 hours per week.
