About the Role:



We are seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater/Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing body components to damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition, adhering to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Plan workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales

  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure

  • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specification

  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision

  • Be flexible in your approach

  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind



Requirements:



Ideal candidates will be ATA Qualified or have NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). However, our client will also consider time served candidates.
