Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator Specialist

Location: Surrey, Chilliwack, Tsawwassen, Delta, British Columbia

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator Specialist to support our Construction Manager and project team in the administration and coordination of construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • Assist the Construction Manager with overall project administration, including monitoring project progress, generating project status reports, and coordinating project documentation.
  • Collaborate with in-house and external project personnel to deliver overall project performance, including schedule, costs, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Prepare subcontractor contracts and invoice templates for approval and monitor the project.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in building construction with a developer, design-builder, general contractor, or owner's representative.
  • PMI training/certification is an asset.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
