Paediatric Haematology Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Hold an MBChB or equivalent degree.
- Obtain a postgraduate qualification or equivalent MRCPCH/MRCP.
- Achieve a postgraduate qualification or equivalent FRCPath.
- Gain relevant clinical experience in Haemoglobinopathy.
- Demonstrate good team-working skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Be eligible for specialist registration in Haematology.
- Hold an MD, PhD, or other higher degree.
- Acquire relevant clinical experience in Laboratory Haematology.
- Obtain a postgraduate qualification or equivalent.
Teaching and Audit:
- Teach medical students.
- Teach junior medical staff.
Academic Achievements and Research:
- Publish in peer-reviewed journals or demonstrate a commitment to developing research within this field in the Trust.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Demonstrate organisational skills.
- Show good communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Hold full registration with the GMC.
