Learning Support Assistant for Children with Special Needs

Main Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in a variety of settings.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized education plans for students with special education needs.
- Foster safe and inclusive learning atmospheres for children of various age groups.
- Maintain classroom order and discipline while promoting a positive learning environment.
- Work with children or individuals with special educational needs.
- Apply knowledge of tutoring techniques and special education practices.
Requirements and Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience working with students with special educational needs and a strong understanding of special education practices.
