Job Role: Responsible AI Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Systems Specialist to join our team at Accenture. As a key member of our Global Responsible AI team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that AI systems are designed, developed, and deployed in a manner that engenders trust and adheres to laws, regulations, and ethical norms.

The ideal candidate will have at least a year's experience in monitoring and managing AI systems, with a strong background in responsible AI dimensions such as bias, fairness, robustness, model security, and data security. You will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and monitoring AI systems on cloud and on-premise environments, identifying and mitigating responsible AI risks, and developing continuous monitoring mechanisms to detect anomalies in data or AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuring, deploying, and monitoring AI systems on cloud and on-premise environments
  • Focusing on monitoring AI systems to identify and mitigate responsible AI dimensions like - bias, fairness, robustness, model security, data security, etc.
  • Developing continuous monitoring mechanisms, patterns, and processes to detect anomalies in data or AI
  • Designing, developing, and deploying AI Operations tools and frameworks - MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps
  • Monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining existing AI systems to evaluate conformance and compliance with RAI laws, regulations, technical standards, best practices, and guidelines

Requirements:
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions, with knowledge of model risk and experience in Model Risk Management
  • Experience establishing and operating compliance assessment and/or compliance audit processes
  • Experience working on cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on Data & AI technologies
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java
