Rise Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems and standards, including ISO9000 and ISO14000
  • Direct and coordinate the company's quality control system
  • Ensure that all products delivered meet the design intent and quality levels required
  • Visit vendor facilities and observe the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures

Requirements:

  • An in-depth knowledge base of ISO900 and 14000, including implementation and maintenance of either of both
  • An in-depth knowledge and experience of Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Lean Manufacturing techniques
  • A strong working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD
  • A relevant Quality Management, Manufacturing or Engineering related degree is preferred or equivalent Electronics Degree
