Job Description
As a Graduate Building Surveyor at Technical Moves, you will work on a variety of education, commercial, and healthcare projects, developing your experience and skills in building surveying, project management, and multidisciplinary services. Your responsibilities will include writing specifications, schedules of work, condition surveying, defect analysis, building pathology, and more.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To apply for this role, you must have a RICS-accredited degree in building surveying and at least 12 months of UK work experience. You should also have a full UK driving license and be willing to travel to sites and projects. Additionally, you should have working knowledge of AutoCAD.
