NTP Tutor

We are seeking experienced SEN / SEND Tutors to support Young People with SEND, SEMH, and other Additional Educational Needs in Shropshire.

As a SEN / SEND Tutor, you will work with students who require additional support to access the curriculum. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each student.

• Deliver tailored teaching and learning experiences to students with SEND, SEMH, and other Additional Educational Needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless support for students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, and other Additional Educational Needs.
• Strong teaching and learning skills, with the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each student.
