SEMH Support Worker

About the Role:
The Cover Supervisor/HLTA will provide support across the school in a SEMH environment. The role involves leading pre-planned lessons and providing support as a Teaching Assistant.
This is a varied role, requiring the individual to be adaptable, proactive, confident, and enthusiastic. They should feel confident in leading classes and dealing with challenging behaviour, having worked with special needs in some capacity.
