**Job Summary**

Pharma Partners Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their team in Berkshire. As a key member of the regulatory affairs team, you will be responsible for implementing regulatory strategies and delivering results for a portfolio of early/late development and marketed products in Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement regulatory strategies for a portfolio of products in Europe
* Ensure compliance with Europe Region guidelines and provide critical analysis of risks and issues
* Define options for Scientific Advice/Peadiatric Investigation Plan and create briefing packages
* Coordinate and lead agency meetings
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning, tracking, and archiving of activities

**Requirements**

* Pharmaceutical industry experience in Regulatory Affairs
* European regulatory experience is essential
* Ability to work effectively across cultures and in complex matrixed environments
