About the Company

Harnham is partnering with a leading market research agency to find an exceptional Director of Research to join their team in London. This agency helps clients gain a deeper understanding of consumer behavior, develop innovative products, and build strong brands.

About the Role

You will:

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, including script approval, guidance and coaching of junior team members, and hands-on data analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth brand research, including pre-testing, trackers, post-testing, brand health assessments, and evaluation studies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing client relationships, delivering projects, and maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Contribute to the agency's UK team, including commercial aspects, revenue management, training, and profitability growth.
  • Work on a variety of quantitative research projects, including brand engagement, trackers, product innovation, touchpoint mapping, and workshops.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in research.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing client accounts.
  • Expertise in quantitative research methodologies, including brand engagement, trackers, product innovation, touchpoint mapping, and workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
