Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate bespoke luxury retail fabrication projects, ensuring clear and concise alignment with the Project Team and client.
  • Offer expertise and support to the Fabrication Production Management team where capacity allows.
  • Identify best practices in production, material use, and vendor solutions to ensure the success of the role.
  • Communicate with the Project and Fabrication departments to ensure proposals honour the intentions of the brief and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Follow a project from concept to delivery within a fast-paced production facility, always with a keen eye on quality, budget, and time.
Requirements
  • Fabrication and material knowledge, particularly regarding build capabilities and restrictions, and best practices for luxury retail environments.
  • Creative production understanding, especially with knowledge of luxury retail fabrication.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Production of accurate estimates with clear and concise explanation of assumptions, compromises, and suggestions.
  • Production management of works as required.
