About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-House Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Hanami International. As a key member of our financial services advisory business, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with our team of consultants to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the delivery of world-class services to our clients.
  • Provide training and support to client-facing colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills, tools, and processes to deliver high-quality work.
  • Act as an immediate responder to any issues that may arise, either handling them directly or escalating them to the appropriate team members.
