Senior Sourcing Specialist

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sourcing and procurement? We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our EMEA Sourcing team within the Mechanical Systems category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market and supply chain analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure supply chain resilience.
  • Execute complex sourcing strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring the best possible cost, quality, and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to support business objectives, such as securing supply, reducing complexity, and meeting financial targets.
  • Manage sourcing activities independently, considering the entire supply chain and its impact on business outcomes.
  • Lead analysis projects, providing guidance and coaching to less experienced team members, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of procurement ethics and compliance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
