Job Description

This role involves overseeing the planning, management, and monitoring of nursing care to meet the needs of our residents. You will implement person-centered care plans, manage staff, and establish relationships with local regulators and social services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Collaborate with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, to support your career growth and well-being.
