**The Role**

As a Sales and Visual Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and the store team to achieve success. You will develop and implement visually appealing displays that showcase our latest fashion collections, creating eye-catching window displays and in-store setups to attract and retain customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to improve store performance, customer service, team development, and sales
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure visual displays align with product offerings

**Requirements**

  • Previous management experience in a retail or fashion environment
  • Experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of compliance and P&L reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
