About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Teacher to join our team at a large and growing special school in Stoke, Staffordshire. As a dedicated educator, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality education and support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This is an exciting opportunity for a determined and adaptable Teacher who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of their pupils. The successful candidate will be confident in working with primary-age children, offering individualized support and guidance to help them meet their milestones.

The ideal candidate will possess a calm, patient, and caring personality, with excellent classroom management skills. They should also have a good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines, as well as experience working with students who require additional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEND
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that promote academic growth and social development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet their evolving needs
What We Offer
